Four days, on your floor

Get one site live — and know exactly where it stands.

A practitioner walks your floor with your team for four days, gets your people capturing on Fieldmark, and you end with a scored picture of how the site's actually running — before your next audit tells you. The system stays live after we leave.

On your floor

The implementation happens on your floor.

Most platforms configure your account remotely and run training webinars — over weeks, sometimes quarters. Site Launch is four days on the ground, plus a remote check-in a month later: your site's own data in Fieldmark, your team doing the capturing, a practitioner beside them. What you're left with is a living system, not a snapshot.

Day 1

Walk it first

Orientation, your leadership, the full site tour — with the first observations captured before the day ends.

Day 2

You build it

We coach the person who'll own Fieldmark day-to-day as they set it up themselves — your site, your areas, your structure — then run the first team training.

Day 3

Audit, live

Your audits set up, then run for real on the floor — your people doing the capturing, start to finish. More training, or another shift.

Day 4

Make it yours

Final training, open questions, fitting it to the programs you already run — CI, quality, safety. Then a close-out with leadership, live in the app: the scored picture, the three things that matter most, owners attached.

Day 30

The live review

A month in, we walk through what your team captured without us there. That's the proof the habit stuck — and it's included.

What you leave with

A scored picture of how the site's running, and where it's exposed.

A ranked list of what to fix first, with owners attached.

A team that's already capturing — not starting from zero.

90 days of Fieldmark included. After that it continues at the standard site rate — cancel any time.

Price & scope
From US$8,000

Fixed fee, scoped to your site.

One site, four days, no surprises partway through. Twenty minutes on the phone is enough to scope it and put a number on it.

Who walks it with you

The week is led by Lawrence Yip — an industrial and mechanical engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with fifteen years of CI and operational risk across petrochemicals, rail, global logistics, and building-products manufacturing. The same person who built Fieldmark, walking your floor with your team.

Where it goes from there

Once the site is live and the baseline is yours, some problems remain that software can't solve — the constraint you can't break, the risk nobody's modelled, the operating model that needs designing. That's the practitioner's deeper work. The hard problems →

No pitch

Talk about your floor.

Twenty minutes to see if it's a fit. No pitch, no pressure — tell us what your site looks like today, and we'll tell you what the week would look like.
